Computer Blue Screens and Freezes When in Game and Doing More Demanding Tasks

After overclocking my cpu to 5.0 GhZz it started blue screening when doing tasks that stressed it. Upon stress testing, my FPU crashes after a few seconds.

 

Specs:

ASUS Z390-A

Intel Core i7-8700k

Corsair Vengeance 3000 Mhz RAM 

RTX 2070 Duke

What's the issue here? Undo the overclock or increase voltage.

Your overclock is probably unstable. Bring down the clockspeed or increase voltage.

I would get a ROG board. ROG boards are meant for overclocking yours is not  Your board can't handle overclocking.

How do I bring down the clockspeed. Like I said, I'm really new to this.

Go into bios and go to advanced and go to CPU core ratio and put in 48 and try that

I don't want to sound harsh but it's a stupid idea to start overclocking without knowing what you are doing. Read articles, search the internet, acquire knowledge about overclocking. Then start experimenting. What you are doing now is either a complete waste of time or a recipe for disaster.

There is no replacement for RGB except more RGB ?
