What is the right temperature for ryzen 5 3600 with stock cooler (idle, low and high workload)? 

How can I test workloads in Ubuntu?

there is no right temperature. it depends on your cooling solution, case airflow, case fans, ambient temps.

if you don't get in the high 80s under load and the cooler doesn't sound like a jet engine, you're fine.

mine was rebooting while gaming AAA titles. getting about 80-90+ temps and it reboots.

should i buy good cooler for it?

yes. go for a mid range dual tower cooler. gelid phantom, arctic freezer 34 esports duo, scythe mugen

sure. but the ones i mentioned should be better for the same price
