How many of these cables would I need I have one for the cpu already are these extras then?

That is a pcie 8 pin power cable, made for gpus and other cards. Its not the same as the cpu 8 pin.

It’s rmx 850 Corsair I only need one for cpu and one pcie cable for the gpu right that’s pretty much all I need am I right?

yes. 1x8, or 1x6 for gpu (depending on model), !x8(4+4) for cpu, 1x24 for motherboard.

What GPU do you have ?

And yes you need an 8pin eps for the cpu and that's pretty much it 

BUT PLEASE MAKE SURE IT'S eps not pcie 

Those are two different things 

But for pcie cable you might need 2 so what's your GPU ?
