Video output crashes

Trying to find a problem with my pc, I lose video output to my tv at random times could be running for a bit or just as soon and my desktop loads up and boom tv says no signal. Everything in the case stays on not loud noises or anything and if I'm in a game I can still hear it in my head set. First I thought it was my 5700xt so I swapped it out with a 2060ko and ddu the old drivers and updated the nvidia one when I installed the 2060 and its still doing the same thing.
