Old Win 10 Drive Not Shown

I did a new install of Win 10 on a different drive and now the "old" drive is not seen in diskmanagment or diskpart. I do not want to format or clean it in any way right now as I am trying to get all my data off of it. Back ups won't work nore imaging as it somehow got all screwed up. FYI, both drives are ssd's. Any ideas?

Instructions for frustration management:  

1) Sit at desk.   2) Repeatedly slam forehead against desk.
