Psu wall plug?????

What if I buy a psu and get all excited for my new pc to be all powered up and working, but then realize that it has a different country's wall plug  

My question is:

1. Is it okay to just buy an adapter 
2. Or should I just send back, ask for refund, buy new one etc.

Most power supplies support both 110v and 220v, but I would double check the specs to make sure it does. If it does support both, then you can either get an adapter or buy a different power cable. The power cable for power supplies is removable/replaceable. Keep in mind this all assumes that the unit supports multiply voltages, so if it doesn't then you will have to return it.
