Bottleneck is the question

okej so i have this specs 

CPU: i7 4790

GPU: GTX 1080 ASUS strix

Memory: DDR3 16GB 1600Mhz

Motherboard: Random acer prebuild mother borad from (acer G9 something

CPU Cooler: Fracktal design celsius s360

PSU:Also random acer prebuild 550W

Case: Fractal design R6

 

Now the question is or rather the 2 questions first are is it a problem that my cpu is old af (i have had these specs since 1080 lanch so a little late to ask if thats a problem) but im gonna buy new CPU,Motherboard,memory,PSU and second is my CPU AIO watercooler work for LGA 1200 becuse im gonna buy a i7 10700K ("intel fan boy") 49 extra pinns adds a Just a little bit so i hope that its the same mont as LGA 1150/1151

No it won't haswell and the haswell refresh has decent ipc count for what it is and should pair nicely with the 1080
