What Liquid Are You Using?

You will need to clean out the loop and open up the blocks to do so. As for fluid if you want longevity and ease of maintenance a clear fluid like Mayhems X1 or EKWB croyfuel would be best.

As for tubing Mayhems ultra clear is really good, Primochill's LRT tubing is also good but fairly stiff I find.

So I'm about 10 months into my first custom water cooling loop and I'm now shopping for new (red) fluid. The intent of my original configuration was to be as effective as possible, while spending only $250 or so. I was able to come up with a solid CPU/GPU dual radiator loop that's done really well, but the biggest corner I cut was opting for antifreeze instead of proper coolant. It's actually worked quite well, however, even a little spill in your case while filling will cause your PC to emit the smell of piss for weeks. Not doing that again. I'm looking for some good recommendations for fluids as I'm not well educated on the topic; The one I'm looking at right now is from Primochill, but I don't know if it's worth a shit or not. What do you all use?

Just get something like that and never run into issues with crap running inside the tubes.

Are there any stores that ship this from the US? Seems like most places don't sell it anymore, and Mayhems ships from the U.K. Shipping alone costs twice as much as the product itself.

Performance PC's is a good supplier of watercooling gear in the US.

I use the Mayhems X1 clear as well.  Good product but not much research on other stuff.  It got recommended to me from another source after a complete debacle with one of the primochill products. Gotta admit that it's getting harder to find in the states.  Last time I got mine was from Amazon, I have gotten it from other places as well over the years though. Just a matter of seeing who has in stock and the best price.

Been sticking to ek’s stuff. No issues with their clear. And it’s cheaper than most colored variants. No longer using clear tubes so it works out better this way.

EKWB's clear concentrate; but half the concentration it recommended in order to avoid sediments.

Ended up going with EKWB's clear. I may be posting on here within the next few weeks about it.
