Dirt Rally is broken.

Is anyone else having serious issues with Dirt Rally? It straight up wont even boot for me at all. Tried everything I know, veryfing game files nothing, reinstalling it nothing. Compatability mode aswell. Just nothing worked. 

 

when i try and launch it via steam nothing. via the .exe i get a bad image error or something it mentions DX11 in the string of nonesene its crying about user/windows/system32/somethingsomethingdx11 whatever it is. I have DX12, cos.....its the latest one and that makes sense. 

 

Everything was fine until Windows screwed EVERTYHING up a little while ago and wouldnt let me update my GPU drivers. Oh but it deleted my old drivers and left me with nothing  the only way around it was a fresh install of basically everything on my OS drive. Windows, Steam the whole shebang. Lucky i keep games on a seperate SSD otherwise i would proabbly still be messing about with TrainSimulator files (seriously I have SO much DLC for that game its insane not to mention all the railways I have built). 

 

anyway back to Dirt Rally...why it no work? I currently have it unistalled because I couldnt deal with its nonesense and was about to throw everything out my bedroom window out of pure frustration. 

 

If i reinstalled it, what should I try to get it to work again? It was kushty till Windows screwed me around and forced me to reinstall everything. 

 

Help
