Hello I bought an NZXT for myself and now in chosing which liquid cooler i should choose.
If i go with the best bang for the buck i would go with the Arctic Freezer 280 II because it is just € 80.
But then i have the problem that this radiator incl. Fan will be to thick for the case to be installed in.
Now to my question. If i would install the Fan in the Front part of the case.
Would the space (3cm) fans allow enough space for a good air intake?

I hope someone can help me and sorry for the Metric number

You could always set them up in a pull configuration so that the fans are mounted on the "back" of the rad and are pulling air through it. Makes it a bit easier to clean as well as dust isn't trapped between the rad and fans if they were mounted on the "front" of the rad and pushing air through it.
