Help finding a mouse

MMO mice are pretty niche, especially these days, so I would imagine most retailers won't carry that many. The limited stock people carry would also be made worse by the fact that everything is in short supply rn. You'd probably have to stalk Amazon/eBay until one for a decent price turns up, most likely after lockdown ends.

Not surprising tbh, not that many people play MMOs anymore, you'll have a heck of a time trying to actually make money from an MMO mouse.
