So I went and bought a Crucial 1tb ssd and used Crucial's recommended Cloning software Acronis True Image to clone all data from my old WD Caviar 1tb Drive, followed all steps it says into cloning to booting, restarted everything fine booting from new SSD, then clean wiped old 1tb drive of all data and continued to use new SSD, then Windows update happened middle of night and now I get a BSOD upon trying to boot with the Error code: 0xc000000e and pressing any of the supplied inputs does nothing

Have attempted to use my Windows Install CD to fix Boot Problems and it comes back saying I need to use Advanced Options and brings me back to my Install CD initial menu.

Currently running a Chkdsk c: /f /r /x command in command prompt to see for any errors and has been running for 2 hours now.

Anyone have any ideas that would help me get my new SSD to boot properly without losing my 850gb of data on it? (And yes I know it was stupid to use Diskpart to clean old drive to being empty.

Don't clone drives, just do a clean install.

Doesn't exactly help me in wanting to keep all of the data that is now on my SSD and nowhere else right now.

Isn't it on that other HDD?

Cloning drives is never a great idea, and HDD to SSD is a bad idea. This is also a good lesson on keeping backups.

It was on the HDD, but after my first reboot etc with 0 problems decided to reformat old HDD to empty and put all of my nonessentially stuff and games I rarely play on that.
