I'm trying to defrag my main and only HDD. There is a problem with many things not defragging. I have a huge file that has a name that's all letters and numbers and its located in the System Volume Information folder. It is in most all of the red squares. Is there more information that can help me with this file and is there a way to be able to defrag my drive 100%? Any information that you have would be of great help.
