Modern warfare issues

Good day guys,  

I have build my new gaming rig and I am having issues with Modern Warfare such as random freez 30-40 seconds and audio cut off 20-40 seconds during game play and in lobby. Sometimes after the freez my PC goes completely slow like for example opening a folder or web browser can take up to a minute.... ALL my drivers are up to date from the board manufacture web site and the bios is updated to lates version. My game was already downloaded on my 1T WD Black HD from my previous PC. I have downloaded CPU-Z and  HWMonitorPro to monitor my temp and voltage. Under load getting 65-70 temp on my cpu so everything seem fine. I am a bit confused WHY my previous older PC was running fine. I have tested Borderlands 3 and Diablo 3 for 2 hours with no problems.

G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3600  --  "XMP enable in bios"

GTX 1070 ti

650W PSU 

 

Older PC

i7 3770K

Z77 saberthooth board

DDR4 1600 mem

GTX 1070 ti

 

 

Windows installed on a SSD 450 gig 

all games on a 1T WD black 

 

Thanks for any help possible I been looking on forums for 2 days now MW is the game I play the most...

Hi Streetguru

 

From the HD I have no games installed on the SSD.
