Vpn Question

Im not very knowledgeable when it comes to vpn's and im just wondering what problem i may encounter or if it is worth doing if im just going to set the vpn server location to the country i currently live in

What is your reason for using a VPN?

i guess privacy more than anything

Shouldn’t be a problem. The traffic should still be encrypted. Hopefully, no tracking/logs are kept.

 

Theoretically, you become less traceable the more hops your internet traffic takes. Hence the reason for using VPN servers in a different country than your own.
