Youtube trouble

Recently YouTube has been acting strange.

Been using Firefox on two different systems. 

A pc and laptop

On pc YouTube loads slow and upon logging it redirects to a video ad that keeps refreshing and cannot click on anything on the left. Home, subscription, etc. Can't log out either do to the constant refreshes. The browser doesn't seem to be refreshing either the the icon never changes.

On the laptop it does the same without being logged in.

I have reinstalled Firefox multiple time, same with deleting and creating new ff profiles, and ff accounts
