This is your phone?

Maybe should not have upgraded to Android Pie if it only had 16GB of internal storage to begin with

Might also be the 1.4 GHz quad Cortex A53 CPUs in there too. Those things are pretty long in the tooth by this point, especially the sub-2.0 GHz ones.

Unless you are particular on having a rugged phone with removable battery, I would suggest something else.

Because as much as the Xcover Pro is an upgrade, its still pretty lackluster in terms of hardware specs for the price.

It having 8 cores is not representative of performance. Even entry level chipsets have 8 cores these days. 64 GB of internal storage and 4GB RAM will not last long.

How much does it cost to you?

450 eur

Consider these and have a look at how much they cost (for you)

  • Xiaomi Mi Note 10 or Mi Note 10 Lite
  • Xiaomi Poco X2 or K30
  • Xiaomi K30 5G
  • Realme X2
  • Galaxy A71

These all sport at least the Snapdragon 730, which offers almost flagship performance, and at least 6GB of RAM with more internal storage and higher capacity battery, and be cheaper than the Xcover Pro at the same time.

Which one you should go for will depend on the aspect of the phone that you value the most.

But I am scared of dropping and breaking my phone and I want my phone to be waterproof and have a removable battery so
