I posted a thread about a week back now on the news section. It's purpose was to inform people about the new leaked images of the HTC M8. I was surprised when I saw that it had thousands of views within the couple hours and over 100 people reading it at one time. I later found out that @LinusTech had posted my thread on his Facebook page. I was really proud of that thread and it saddens me now to find out that it has for some reason been deleted? If anyone has any info or has had experience with this happening to them I would love to hear from you. Thanks!

leaking images and info is actually breaking the law and hosting such content can result in legal procedings, this is the most likely reason why

HAHAHAHHAHAHAH

No it's not illegal.

Unless @Aleks physically signed the NDA with pen and paper himself, he is not bound to it.

To be honest I don't think that is the reason, the news section is filled with leaked images and what not. If it is illegal I dont see why Linus would share it on his FB page. Thanks for the input though!

How is it breaking the law?

I don't disagree that legal proceedings might happen, but those would be civil and against anyone violating an NDA not necessarily against the poster, web site, or ISP.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
