Hi so anyway, when I am on GTA or some other game similar to that, my CPU goes to 93 degrees Celsius and stays there. I use the stock AMD cooler

Specs:

MSI B450 Tomawhawk

Corsair LPX 8x2 3600 mhz

Ryzen 5 2600x

Sapphire Pulse RX 5700xt

Corsair CXM 650w

Inland Premium 1tb NVME SSD

I'm probably missing something

Do you actually experience any slowdowns or are you just noticing the CPU reaching those temps?

After I ran a user benchmark it said my CPU was performing in the 20 percentile, which wasn't great and in GTA I was getting only 60 fps which I was expecting it to be better, but I may be wrong

Do you have GTA capped to 60 FPS in settings?

No its capped at 144

Just reseat the heatsink without replacing the thermal paste then. It's not ideal but shouldn't cause any series problems and would let you figure out whether or not it is just a seating problem or not.

Then you go from there. Only thing I can think of other than that is that it's a busted CPU or sensor maybe. Most likely scenario is that it's just a seating problem.

What happens if I bend the pins when I take out the cooler, do you think I will still have warranty if I built this in February?

I dunno, it's your warranty. Just be as careful as you were building it as taking it off.

What are your idle temperatures? Does the fan also get really loud as the temperatures go up? What software are you using to read the temps? Is there at least decent airflow inside your case?

The fan is always loud, im gonna check idle temps rn, and I'm using afterburner for ingame temps, I have two deepcool rf120 fans, one intake, one exhaust

Use Ryzen Master or HWiNFO to check temperatures for Ryzen, as most other apps will not provide accurate readings.

I have 3 tabs open and I'm at 71 Celsius

Rechecks the temperatures with either Ryzen Master or HWiNFO.

If they're still this high particularly at idle, remount your cooler.

This is my userbenchmark https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/27718693, my GPU is in the 1st percentile, how do I fix that?

Userbenchmark is trash. Use proper benchmarking tools like Cinebench and 3DMark.
