It was the first link on google btw Not looking rare or very sought after tbh. But don't quote me on that.

Ortofon used to, and still do make amazing Cartridges and Stylus' for turntables, among other things such as step-up transformers, cables, tonearms, tonearm counterweights.

 

Those specific speaker's are quite good. Semi-rare, not insanely rare like Paisley and Symdex. Should sound quite good, if they have only minor or no issues.
