something similar happened to me after making an installer cd (hybrid iso as it was really a usb stick) on linux. to fix it, i used a guide on dot the slash to make a new file system via terminal, then formatted it on a windows pc. worked like a charm. i only had to format on windows cause the motherboard was being so perticular about accepting a bios update unless the drive was a "real/made on windows" fat 32. its not an ideal solution, but you can probably live boot a linux distro long enough to fix it, then use rufus to make an install medium if you still need it. microsoft's website offers the win10's current version iso after all.
