Video and audio D-Sync

Steveo1180

So i purchased brand new monitors and a brand new GPU a couple months ago, ever since i bought it all and hooked it up i have noticed that after about 5-10 minutes of watching a video  the video and audio start to de-sync, happens on netflix and youtube. the longer i let the video play the worse it gets, i have looked everywhere for a solution and all i can find is to update my drivers. I have updated my Nvidia drivers and my audio drivers manually, update my pc to the most recent version of windows and the problem still persists, i'm not sure if this is the right place to ask but if anyone has any idea as to why this may be happening and what a solution might be it would be truly helpful.
