Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Minecraft, tom clancy siege, basically alot of steam games, fortnite, 

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Im trying to play at 1920x1080 and a refresh rate at 144hz monitor( Got any recommendations).

For monitors I picked out a couple different ones depending on how dead set you are on 1080p compared to 1440p. You definitely have room to switch to a 2080 Super as well and swap to a 3700X as well.
