Sound problems

So I bought a new graphics card, before i installed it in my pc i uninstalled the drivers from my previous gpu.I installed the driver for my new gpu everything worked fine untill i plugged my headphone in.The only thing I can hear is a buzzing sound and nothing else, ive tried on 2 other headphones same thing happens.I tried the previous gpu and buzz was still there.Could this be a sound card problem or something else
