Broken Audio on Mobo

Last Thursday, I sold an MSI Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon AC to a buyer on Facebook, and before that, as usual, I had to check for any defects before making the deal: no bent pins, no cracked areas etc, which has no issues whatsoever. 
 

It all seemed fine until the buyer contacted me again in the wee hours of the morning telling me the motherboard’s audio is broken.

 

Any way to fix it, or will MSI accept an RMA request, or I have to give him the refund?

I don’t know. He just said the audio is broken.

I feel like the buyer broke it and then complained I call bull shit

you can do a RMA , just do it in your name if your name is on the receipt, otherwise just give him a copy of the receipt.  No refund.
