A cheap used RX 470/570 if it even works in the motherboard.
 

The CPU will limit you to like 30fps at best in AAA games, if the fps is even stable.

 

Probably just look at your used market for 900 series GPUs, or anything from the 7850 to 270x 370x line from AMD, which are all the same GPU.

 

The problem being outside of the RX 400 cards the performance per dollar tends to go out of the window, and you get less performance for the money.
