Asus TUF Gaming X570 Wifi Problem

I was helping a friend build his computer and after we booted into windows, we couldn't connect to a wifi connection using the motherboard's onboard wifi antenna. The wifi controller is enabled in the bios so I'm not sure what the problem is.

on a laptop or other PC, go to the motherboard manufacturer's website. Download the LAN drivers and put them on a USB. Plug that USB into the desktop and run the installer.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B
