Optimizing Multiple Android Emulator usage

My PC specs

Intel i7-8700 @ 3.20Ghz (12CPUs)

16GB Ram 2666 

GTX 1070Ti

 

I am currently using LD player for multiple android emulator for my games 

and I reach a maximum of only 5 emulators and my CPU usage goes to 87% and my cpu starts to exhaust hotter temps

 

I have heard others can run upto 8 emulators without issues

 

Does anyone know how can I maximize the number of emulators without thermo throttle?

Does anyone how others can do 8 emulators without problems?

What would the recommended PC specs to be able to run 8 emulators?
