M.2 SSD Not being detected

I started my first build yesterday

Ryzen 5 1600 af

Asrock B450M HDV r4.0 Bios version p3.70

RX570

16gb ram

crucial mx500 m.2 SSD

I started my build everything was going good, everything booted up on the first try. When I tried to boot into windows it was saying that it could find a storage device. So I check the BIOS to see if it was detected there and it wasn’t listed under storage devices. I have tried to reseat the module with no luck. The ssd is listed under supported modules on Asrock’s website, so I can’t figure out what the issue could be.
