When you took the CMOS battery out, did you also unplug the PC from the wall socket?

You NEED to do that too.

Double check to make sure the GTX 1050 is properly installed into the PCI-E X16.

If you can, upload a picture of the inside of your PC here, with the graphics card installed in the computer.

We can try to spot for any physical issues...

I fixed it! Thank god. I did remove everything and yes the GTX 1050 is properly installed. I just had to remove the dvi-d and put the hdmi and i spam clicked delete and suddenly it popped up. Thank you everyone who helped me :)

My gpu isnt displaying anything to my monitor. I have bought a dvi-dvi cable, a new vga, hdmi cable. NOTHING WORKS!. Im currently writing this using the vga to my motherboard and not the gpu. The vga from the monitor is on the motherboard. I have the DVI cable just hanging there in the gpu, and i keep switching between VGA - DVI input and only VGA works. My monitor is U2311Hb Dell. Gpu is Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050. CPU = Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600CPU @3.40ghz (8 CPUs), ~3.4hz please help me, i've been suffering for a week! It also says "Power Save Mode" once i change the input to the GPU (currently my dvi is connected to the gpu but i've tried hdmi before and it still says power save mode) It might just be my faulty GPU.

I dont get what u mean? if i connect my vga to the motherboard, it wont recognize the gpu. The gpu is basically worthless unless i connect the vga/hdmi/dvi into the gpu itself and not the motherboard

I had a problem like this.  I had tried some old gpus in my pc to test them. everything worked, so i put my gtx 1660 super back in. It didnt work. What i did to fix it was take out the circular battery(the cmos battery), waited 30 seconds, put it back in. At the bottom of the motherboard there should be a clear cmos button. press that and try to boot from gpu.

I checked my BIOS and it already had PCI running/enabled. seems like its not the problem.

i resetted the battery itself by removing it and waiting 10 mins but nothing works.
