My ping rises suddenly from 70 to (300ms-geting kicked).I have Realtek 8821AE Wireless LAN 802.11ac PCI-E NIC. I have updated my adpater drivers, kept my system up-to-date, used VPN, didn't download any weird programms and only few.I have Radeon Software, Uplay, Origin, Epic Games, Steam, Razar Synapse, Logitech G Hub, Speedify, Zoom, Teamviewer and Filmora 9. None of these programms are weird and the problem was here before I had any of these programmes. There is a problem with Realtek adapters. Just don't know how to fix it.

used VPN

These are probably your problem.

Wireless internet is significantly more unstable in terms of latency than a wired connection, so ping swings, even as extreme as the ones you're experiencing, are nothing uncommon. VPNs are also generally not a good idea for ping sensitive stuff, while they won't always cause massive ping spikes, it's certainly not unheard of, and any extra steps in the way is only going to amplify your problem.

If you're able, try a wired connection and see if you still experience these issues, then try wireless without the VPN, that should help narrow down where the problem is.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I used with VPN and without still. I even reseted my laptop and deleted the system. Then installed all the drivers and updated them and download Uplay and Rainbow six siege only. The problem still happens in other games so I decided to install everything again.

Just try an ethernet connection. Wifi is very inconsistent. How far away are you from your modem? What is the layout of your network? Any routers or access points in between your computer and the modem?

What speed and ping are you getting from SpeedTest.net?

From a command prompt, run a traceroute to 8.8.8.8 while connected to the VPN and while disconnected from the VPN. Post your results here.

Next, run WiFi Analyzer and post the graphical output for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands here. Highlight your SSID.
