I'm planning on creating a new PC and my list is this:

CPU:           Ryzen 5 3600
Mobo:         MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX
RAM:          G.SKILL Trident Z Neo 16GB (2 x 8GB)
GPU:           GIGABYTE Radeon RX 5700 GAMING OC 8G
Cooler:        Cooler Master Hyper 212 Black Edition
Storage:       SAMSUNG 970 EVO M.2 2280 500GB and ADATA Ultimate SU800 512GB
PSU:           Seasonic FOCUS GM-650, 650W
Case:           Haven't Decided
Case Fans:  Cooler Master MasterFan MF120R Addressable RGB 120mm Fan, 3 in 1

I just want to know if the GPU works well with the CPU and if i should change something.

It looks like a good build. I would consider swapping out the two SSD’s for a 1tb crucial p1 and upgrading to the 5700xt if the difference in price is enough.

Most if not all mid-tower ATX cases will work with that Gigabyte card. Though, in my experience with a Windforce 2070, I'd recommend looking to other aftermarket brands like Sapphire, XFX, ASUS, and MSI because I've seen reports, at least with my 2070 that the fans on those Windforce cards are cheap and quickly start to have bearing issues. Though that's my experience.

I can validate this. There are widespread issues with the wind force cards. I have a 2070 S, and if I don’t disable the 0 rpm mode with the fans the card will start revving. They don’t use fans that can run at the low speeds, so they go from fully off to almost maxed for a second.

If you can fit MSI’s triple fan card I would go with that. Also, the NZXT H510 is a nice affordable case.

You don't have to change to a NVIDIA card but if you want similar performance with a NVIDIA card I'd recommend a 2070 Super since OG 2070s are hard to come by nowadays. In terms of which aftermarket brand, I'd consider MSI's Trio, the ASUS Strix, or an EVGA card. Stay away from GIGABYTE and ZOTAC cards are cheaper, but lack 0 RPM mode so the card always runs and has a lower factory OC. I can vouch at least for MSI.
