case fan/ fan controller

Tuanie

I'm looking into buying a few fan for my case.  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103022 , If I get those fans.... will I be able to control their speed with the NZXT Sentry fan controller?
or do I need to get a fan with a controller in the name, like this one...http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835200028

You should be able to use the NZXT fan controller to control the Coolermaster fans you're looking at. The controller should use 3-pin connectors so you can control the fans by its voltage.

No worries. They run at around 1200 RPM so it shouldn't be too loud. But noise tolerance is subjective. Besides, you can always turn down the fans anyway with the fan controller if they do run a little noisy.
