Cold boot issues

Is there anything to be done about cold boot issues sometimes she'll just boot fine other times it takes two fails I shut her down on the third boot and she fires up I thought made its just violated calibrating and priming the caps but not sure wanted to ask

 

Specs:

4820k @4.8ghz 1.46v

Asrock x79 extreme 4 

Hyperx savage at 2634mhz

Bclk 123.5
