upHere 120mm fans controller

Hey guys so a while back I got myself a 3 pack of the 120mm RGB upHere fans with 3 pin connectors and 4 pin molex, at first it was good but now I realized I cannot change the RGB I noticed I do have molex though can anyone link me to a good molex connector so I can hook up all my fans to my motherboard but also control their RGB. In addition Im also planning to switch out my AMD Stock cooler with the Arctic Freezer 33 esports ONE cooler but I want to see if I should buy another upHere fan and replace the Artic Freezer cpu fan with the case fan. Will it work well or will my cpu explode?
