Cpu 100% usage

Okay so I play Minecraft on a server with its own custom client, But when im playing my CPU will max at 100% from java running at 70% plus on its own. This causes a DPI issue where the dpi/ sensitivity goes completely uncontrollable and any slight movement can be like I have 10000 dpi and max sensitivity. The only apps open range from spotify, discord and the game or sometimes im watching a show on internet explorer. My CPU is a i5 7500, which yes I know isn't great but im hoping for a fix that doesn't involve buying a whole new CPU.

Try limiting your framerate in-game.

yeah ive done that, ive done most things to limit the framerate. I don't think its something to do with the frame rate. It could be but ive played in lower res, even capped at 30fps lol
