Have you tried putting Windows onto a different drive, or have you been installing to the same drive the whole time? It could be that a drive decided to shit the bed.

I've been using the same ssd. I'll have to buy a new one and give it a shot.

If the drive is faulty. That's why I wanted you to try a new drive if you have one.
