Mouse input/Movement Delay

Hello All

 

I have now become desperate to try and get this issue resolved, I bought a PC about a year ago now specs below. Within the past could of weeks i have noticed a issue with the mouse behaviour more noticeable in games such as League, Destiny, Modern Warfare, ect but the mouse doesn't feel right it feels like input delay. Flicking in games feels slow and sluggish but for the life of me i am not great with this kind of stuff and the company i bought the PC off are not being very helpful. If anyone has any idea what could be causing this i would honestly owe everything to you.

 

Mouse : Logitech G403

GPU : Nvidia 2070 

CPU : I7-8700k 3.7ghz

RAM : 16GB

Windows 10 Home
