Sound doesnt work without reinstalling drivers everytime

The other day I downloaded the newest AMD radeon software, this updated the drivers on my RX480 graphics card.

 

Ever since then i've had my usual audio device (my monitor jack) disappear from my settings and I cannot use another one. I found re-installing the asus realtek driver fixes the issue, however next time I power off and on my PC. I have to reinstall the driver as I have no sound again.

 

This is getting annoying, any fix?
