what new gpu and monitor for 1080p gaming.

hey everyone 2 questions for you.

1st. is im looking to purchase an upgrade for my rig this weekend and have been tempted by the msi gaming x 1660 super gpu and just wondered if anyone has a competative alternative. ( price is flexible if not alot more).

2nd. im wanting a decent size of around 32" monitor, normally play games that arent graphically demanding but i do play fighting games that need things to be responsive somewhat.
