Having internet problems.

Recently my wifi started getting really bad and by bad i mean 0.12 mbps download and 0.21 upload. Note that im on a cabled connection. 

I seem to have the problem only when i open games. Before i open them the wifi is pretty good. Around 90mbps down and 10 up.

Help would be apreciated.

Replug the Ethernet connections. Unplug and plug the modem/router. Check your Ethernet drivers in Device Manager.

Did everything a couple of times. Even changed the drivers to older ones but that doesn't seem to work.

Have you tried a different Ethernet cable? See if that resolves the issue.

I figured you are using an ethernet cable. Try another one. This one might be faulty.

Do you have access to a spare laptop or PC? If you do, plug the cable in and see what your speeds are. I hate to say it but it might be a motherboard issue.

It only happens when opening a game. Then maybe like 15 minutes later it fixes itself.

Does the problem occur on every game launch or only specific games? Does it happen when you start anything else?

i think its online games. If i open singleplayer games it doesn't do it.

Do you experience slowdowns in the game because of the issue? Or is the game functioning normal?

Games are running normally.

The game might just be downloading all of its resources and it stabilizes after everything has loaded. Try not to worry too much about it.

Yea the problem now seems to be constant without fixing itself, ive waited for like 30 to 40 minutes and the internet is still bad

Does the problem fix itself when you close out of the game?

Like I said try not to worry about it too much. The game is just utilizing a lot of your bandwidth.

I was thinkinh the same thing but as i saw in the speed test 0.12mbps doesnt seem enough for a 60 GB game to utilize itself.

Oh and also when im in a call on discord its everyone starts to cut out. (youtube videos too)

I finnaly found what did everything. I had lenovo nerve center opened with network priority on. Turning it off seems to fix everything. 

Im actually so happy about that.
