Hello everyone

I took some advice on here and disregarded the call for psu upgrade.

Big day came finally. It came down to 2 choices.

GTX 1660 ti (BANG FOR BUCK OPTION)

GIGABYTE RX 5700 XT (more spent FOR THE POWER) In a Gamers Nexus roundup they praised the shit out of this card.

I went with the latter.

I am a bit worried about the rumours of bugs and game crashes, but I heard with latest drivers things are getting fixed.

what are your thoughts guys? Did I make the right decision?

PS: In the photos below I just went to the order page on the "1660 TI" to get full price including shipping. But obviously I did not complete order. Spent an extra 115.06

I received it now. I used DDU to delete all drivers as moving over from NVIDIA to AMD and in the process it deleted my sound drivers as well. :D I digress with that fixed now I thought are my eyes deceiving me?

Several games seem to look better on the same graphics settings than it did using MSI Armor RTX 2070.

Somehow the AMD card seem to be rendering things better. Weird...
