Need help upgrading

Just bought a used pc and want to start upgrading it piece by piece. I wont lie its been a while and I have forgotten a alot/ a lot has changed since 2010 lol and I could use a hand. I want to get a decent graphics card, but am not sure if I should go motherboard first....thoughts? I attached my current setup from cpu-z for guidance. Thanks!

Upgrading a prebuilt is a bad idea due to compatibility with upgrades. the case may not hold upgrades physically, the PSU may need a change but use custom form factor (i.e. physical dimensions) so there are little options (if at all), the board may refuse to take the graphics card

 

let alone the platform, LGA 1151 isnt anything appealing either. Much prefer parts meant for custom built systems even if it's something older (as Intel CPUs hasn't improved much from 4th to 7th gen)

I know but im working within a budget and can only spend so much at a time, so this is the direction I choose to go in. but I appreciate the input. :)

so can the case hold full height PCIe cards? What is the PSU rated for and does it have extra PCIe power cables?
