I have been wanting to buy a good gaming pc

There is no get rich quick schemes.

 

I made about 700~ dollars this year on my phone. Doing what? Selling stuff on eBay.
That required me to have things people wanted, taking photos, selling it, going to post office & paying to ship it before I got any money.

 

Other than actual work, you won't get $800-$1200.

 

Do you have a purpose for you budget? Gaming, programming, web browsing...? It can help us find you the parts you need.

ebay, sell things you don't want/need. there are no get rich quick schemes, otherwise most people would be rich. i have a decent pyramid scheme you could try though, i meant "multi-level marketing".....
