Posting issues

Hey there, so I started my first pc build after watching many videos before and during setup. Issue I am having now is a few different error codes that I can't seem to find much information on. 

Codes usually get stuck at 02 or 50, hace tried clearing CMOS with the I/O button but noticed that the LED light isn't registering on the button. Have tried 2 seperate sets of RAM, single sticks in each DIMM with no luck. Downloaded the latest BIOS to the specific FAT32 USB and renamed the file, tried running and BIOS Flash button was also not lighting up. Wondering if there is anything I can try since I'm not the most experienced builder/troubleshooter, or if I just got unlucky with a bad mobo.

When trying to post, nothing seems to just shut off. All lights on the board, gpu, cpu cooler, ram and fans are all running. Not sure if adding this helps at all

Double check your power connections and make sure everything is tightly plugged in and snug, with AMD CPUs it is very common for novice builders to incorrectly install the CPU, you should remove the cooler and check to make sure the CPU is installed correctly and you did not bend any pins when installing it.

Was planning on taking the CPU out when I get home. I did line up both arrows to ensure correct install but I will be checking the pins.

Also double checking, you are plugging the display cable into the GPU and not into the motherboard right?

Correct since the 3900x doesnt have integrated graphics I am using the GPU display port
