Returning PC to fresh install point

I am having a few issues with my PC so i want to return it to the state it would be in when you first install windows. Wol;d it be best to back-up everything i want to keep then just format my SSD and HDD?

The main issue i have is my motherboard isnt recognising any headsets plugged into the audio jacks o the front or back. I have installed and updated all the drivers and follwed all the tutorials a i could find about the issue, nothing works.

I am also having issues with the RGB button not working on my case but i think that is likely down to a cable.

If you use the Windows Media Creation Tool, you can reinstall Windows while keeping your files. That is one of the options that you get when using the tool.
