660 vs 750Ti!?

My friend is making a budget build gpu just wondering whats better the 660 or 750 Ti?

660 is more powerful out of the box but 750TI's over clock like made, the 750TI FTW from ebga can get up to a 1400Mz boost clock just with GPU boost. At that speed it matches the 660.

Don't know what everyone's high on or if it is new product fever but here are some benchmarks with various games... http://ww.anandtech.com/show/7764/the-nvidia-geforce-gtx-750-ti-and-gtx-750-review-maxwell/11 That's a reference GTX 660, the GTX 660 also overclocks... It is much better.
