Please Review My Workstation PC Setup,

  Ryzen 9 3950x, I need best CPU for compiling billions source code files and massive VMs, also with moderate budget, and don't have much money for AMD Threadripper

  Dual MSI RX 580 8GB CF, In Philippines i have bought this GPU illegally with very cheap prices, about $100

  Macube 550, I need full tower PC Case with Simple Design
• Storage
  Samsung 860 EVO 1TB x2, Data Drive
  Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB x2, System Drive
  WD Gold 2TB, For Data Backup and need very reliable hard drive
  WD Gold 4TB, For Weekly System Backup and need very reliable hard drive
• PSU
  Corsair RM 850 and Corsair RM 650, Dual PSU
• Display(s)
  Samsung 24 Inch FHD Led Monitor, Triple Monitor
• Cooling
  Noctua NH D15
  Deepcool RF120B, For PC Case, and Cooling My HDD

  Purpose

  Software Development with massive VMs, Compiling AOSP and Google Chrome Source Code, No Needs for Gaming, and a bit of graphic design and also a bit of video rendering

   

  Question

  Is my PC setup are cost-effective ?, which parts that waste my money ?, i have setup this PC and needs more 5 PCs with similar setup for my company

  Which parts i need to replace if i use Intel Xeon Processor ?, and what series of Intel Xeon Processor that have similar specs with Ryzen 9 3950x ?

   

  Notes : I will buy from USA and shipped to Philippines

   

  Please Help, any suggestion will be appreciated

Please note that doing this doesn't bypass customs and import fees so those are something you need to seriously consider.
