Wont Detect Usb Drive

so my PC lately having some issus i cant,my pc wont Detect all my USB Drive and my Harddrive,i bought a new USB for testing at first the PC was able to detect the usb drive for a few times(yes i ejected it first)and then suddnely it stops and dissapear,i try connect it on my sister's laptop and it works properly all of them my external harddrive my other two USB drive and the brand new one.at first it was just that and then the problem continue to my USB Joystick Duallshock PS4 it keeps dissconnected and it took like 5 minutes to connected back again even tho i unplug it and when it connected again it affected my Ethernet for a split seccond and it make me dissconnected from my game,plss help i dont know what to do

Try updating the firmware, by right-clicking the start button -> device manager -> universal serial bus controllers -> right click -> update driver (do it for all)

I done the steps  you gave it did improve that my controller not disconnecting but when i pug in my external harddrive My keyboard and my mouse disconnect
