I need a build

I need a build for gaming(minecraft, cod like, dark souls, jump force and some play station emuletor),3d modelling and programming(java eclipse, unreal engine, unity 3d...).

My budget is about 600€, i dont have any pc to upgrade but i have the peripherals, i plan to game at 1080p 60fps on 1 monitor but i plan to add other in future.

I plan to buy only on amazon and to upgrade it in future.

In which country do you live in ? Give us the budget in your own currency . There is a huge difference in prices in different countries.
